How to Setup and Manage Question Service Level Agreements (SLA) in Answerbase's Administration Area (video)
Answerbase gives you the ability to define a Service Level Agreement (SLA) where you can determine how quickly questions should be answered, and it will send reminders to those responsible for answering questions if those goals aren't met. These SLA's can be defined globally, per category or tag, or on the individual question level. See the video for an overview of these tools and how to work with them.
