You can't just enter keywords to receive emails about, but we do support subscriptions by category or tag. If a user subscribes to a particular category or tag, any questions posted with that category/tag associated with it, they will receive an email update to know when to answer the question. So it is similar to what you had asked, the keywords are just already defined in the system.
