Yes, when you're managing your questions you're able to edit the product association and when you focus on the field to type in your products you'll notice that an "All Products" option displays on the top as seen here:
This will let Answerbase know that question is relevant to all products in your inventory.
Then, when you're setting up the Q&A widget on your site you can use the "data-show-content-allproducts" parameter with a value of "true" which will ensure that questions that are related to "All Products" will display on the widget results when it pulls the list of questions. We encourage you to view the Q&A Widget Parameters Documentation to get a full overview of the different parameters that are available.
