Currently the only text that is editable through the default widget parameters is the one highlighted here:
That is managed through the "data-text" parameter identified in the CTA Widget Parameters.
Unfortunately we don't currently have a way to change that "Ask Us" text on our normal configuration, but will ensure that this is put into consideration for the future to be a common feature that is available for everyone. We do manage custom development and configurations for Enterprise Plan customers....so if you'd definitely need/want this managed you can submit an Enterprise Inquiry Here.
We do have customers that create their own call to action on top....that anchors down to the placement of the widget...for example here:
So, that may be an option for you. I do understand the value of having more flexibility in that verbiage and why that would be desired....so I'll make sure this is considered for development and and ability we release in the future.
