Google doesn't give an exact answer on this but the consensus around the web seems to be anywhere from hours to over a month. There are things that you can do to help ensure that this happens, so just make sure that the URL that the content is on is added to your Google Search Console as well as any sitemap.
You can find your sitemap for your Answerbase content under "System Settings > Sitemap & Verification". You'll want to make sure that is added to your Google Search Console and Google will have it on their list to index/update the content there.
