Sometimes the questions asked on Google regularly can be related to many products or a product category, so as you're working through your AI-Enhanced Helpful Content Recommendations you may find that you see a question you've seen before. In this case, Answerbase will recognize that the question from Google is related to another product or category...but it will be presented to you in a bit of a different way where you'll have some different options. So, you'll see that the note let's you know that the question is already associated...but gives you some options in case you'd like to associate the question to the product you're looking at as well, select whether you'd like to associate it to all of your products....or simply dismiss it for the product you're looking for (the question will remain in that case, it's just dismissed for the specific product you're looking at.)
