If you're looking to find any questions that are unanswered and still public, you need to go into your administration site and go under "Content > Questions" as shown here:
When you're in there, you'll see a list of questions and you can select from the dropdown to select "Unanswered" as shown here:
When you're viewing the list of questions...you can see the publishing status right here:
That is how you can identify what unanswered questions are public...and you can page through that list and click on the question title to answer those questions. If you have a large volume of questions to answer....we suggest that you stay on that tab and click the question title using "Control + Click" so it opens in a new tab for each question...and that helps you keep your place in your list of questions so you can go through all of them.
