Answerbase will be able to identify the questions that Google has recognized as being the intent of searches related to your products, categories of products, or even the subject of articles you've written.
What do you mean by "Questions Asked Regularly on Google"?
For most short-tail searches, Google surfaces what they call "People Also Asked" questions as you see in this result:
The purpose of the People Also Asked questions is that Google knows that many times when a searcher does a short-tail search (using only a few keywords)....many times the actual search intent of those searches are for longer-tail information reqeusts. Google looks to satisfy the common informational requests through the People Also Asked. The value for you is that you can use these to recognize what information that consumers are looking for related to your pages, categories, and articles....and make sure that you are sharing your original expertise and experience to ensure that the best possible answer to those questions is available from your business (and for future searchers). Answerbase can recognize these questions and some other questions through our connection with Google that are recognized as being part of the customer's demand for information, and pull them in for you to see and fulfill.
Where to find them within Answerbase's Dashboard?
When you log into your Answerbase administration site, you'll see the recommendations on the right column of your dashboard as seen below. You'll be able to see the recommendations for your products/services, your categories of products/services, or your pages as seen here:
You can also see a full list of the pages we have recommendations by clicking on the "View List' link on the top right of that area as highlighted here:
Once you select a page to see the recommendations for, you'll see a tab that says "Asked Regularly on Google" which will display the questions we've been able to pull related to that product/service, category, or topic.
You'll see the number of questions we've found within that tab, highlighted here:
So, that will enable you to go through those recommendations. The most valuable thing you can do is to answer each question very well, adding your own experience and expertise about that topic which is what you bring uniquely to the table. Keep in mind that Google can generate an AI answer on it's own, it doesn't need you for that. If it has an answer already for that question, it doesn't need you for that either....what it does need you for is adding something new to the internet through your own expertise and knowledge. That will get you the best results over time and Google is able to recognize that through their "information gain score" as they're able to compare content against other content and find the hidden gems of information where companies are actually dumping their expertise onto their site for the value of their customers and searchers alike.
You may see that Answerbase hasn't been able to pull questions for this tab for all pages, so that is fine...you can review/moderate all the questions that we are able to pull for that page or simply use the "Go to Next" button at the top of the screen to find more. Through our workflow, you should be working to ensure that all of the informational demand about that product, category, and page are fulfilled effectively....wherever we're able to recognize that (within the tabs on that page)....and then move onto the next page confident that you've covered that topic as well as you can. This enables you to optimize for short-tail keywords as you're optimizing the long-tail informational requests related to that product/category/page.
