One of the types of recommendations we pull in is "Asked on Forums" as you can see in the workflow here:

What Answerbase can do here is identify what questions have been asked on forums related to the product, category, or article that the recommendation is being generated for....so that your team can understand the demand for information from real people and ensure that demand for information is fulfilled effectively with the expertise available within your company. At the end of the day, Google is interested in sending the visitor to a page that demonstrates E-E-A-T (which stands for Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness).....so our job is to identify that demand for information and your job is to fulfill it which lifts both long-tail and short-tail searches.
