Answerbase enables you to create ecommerce category-level buyers guides, where we can look at all of your products within a category, recognize which of those products are most popular with your target customers, and aggregate what customers have said about them (based on your customer reviews).....and then have AI dig into all of the relevant reviews and product information in order to propose a category-level piece of content that can be used as a "Buyers Guide" for that category of product.
Answerbase pulls this up within our category by category optimization workflows which you can enter from our dashboard as you see here:
When you have our "Buyers Guides" enabled...you'll see a new tab in the workflow as you see here:
And once you get in....you will see an article that we propose that is a pre-drafted buyers guide for that category. This content covers the following lists out the products within that category that customers have reviewed best starting with the top rated product and going down from there....with a summary of what customers feedback has been about the product so that it can be an easy and helpful read to customers as they consider a product within that category.
