In December, Google had another core update and Q&A saw an impact....mostly in impressions during this update. You can see a clear rise in the charts....see this chart covering Q&A powered through Answerbase which we've seen across many of our customer's Q&A knowledge bases:
Now...this is a bit different than Google's August Core update....where you can see the clear lift that happened in both impressions AND clicks during that update....see here:
So.....we'll have to see what happens over the next few months to see if the notable increase in impressions turns into another notable increase in clicks....but the biggest impact of the December core update that we saw was in impressions.
