In Shopify....you can go to "Products > Collections" as you see here in the navigation:
Then if you click on a specific Collection....you can look up in the URL for the page and you'll see the number reflected at the end as shown here:
That is the unique ID of your Shopify Collection.....which Answerbase uses to sync with. Please let us know if there are any other questions and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
