Managing Member Subscription and Notification Settings
Your users have the ability to subscribe to topics that they're interested in hearing about, so they're aware of any new posts that are published on the knowledge base or aware of engagement around posts they're actively following or have contributed content to. As users, they have the ability to manage these settings when they're logged into their account and as an administrator you can also configure and edit these settings from the administration site.
User Subscriptions
Regarding notifications for users, you can subscribe users to receive notifications about all new posts….or even select posts based on their topics via “Subscriptions”. You can view a member’s subscription settings in the administration site under:
Users > [select user] > Member Tab > Subscriptions
That will allow you to identify what new content they’ll be updated about when it’s posted.
Other Email Notification Settings
You can see their other notification settings available under the following:
Users > [select user] > Member Tab > User Settings
Those are the options available on the basic/professional/business plans, we do have additional flexibility on the enterprise plan but let me know if that satisfies your needs there.
These capabilities allow you to configure and manage user notification settings so they can be appropriately notified of new content and activity on the platfrom.
