For sites configured with "Hierarchical Categories", this option makes the widget target a specific category. This means that new questions will be assigned by default to this category and the question list will display only questions related to this category. Additionally, you can enable the "Show category selection on widget" option if you want to allow the user to choose the category for the question or change the default category assigned.
