Enterprise Plan customers can have the file type and file size limitations altered to satisfy their needs.
For Business Plan customers, the supported file types are the following.
".pdf", ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".gif", ".doc", ".docx", ".png", ".tif", ".tiff", ".txt", ".pps", ".xls", ".xlsx", ".ppt", ".pptx", ".csv", ".prt", ".zip"
The size limit for files is 16MB.
For Business Plan customers, the supported file types are the following.
