Yes, you can choose to have "Recently Asked" or "Most Popular" set as the default on your homepage. To change between the two options, select "System Settings," then select "General Settings," and then scroll down to the "Question List Options" area. You can select from the dropdown box which list you prefer to be displayed. Click on the image below for a screenshot of where you can achieve this.
