You can obtain the IP address by selecting "Customization" on the navigation bar, then select "Domain Name," and then the "Manage Settings" button under "Simple-Setup your platform on a root domain or subdomain." After you enter your subdomain in the "Use my own domain" field, save your changes and then the necessary DNS information will be provided. Click on the images below to view screenshots of where this can be achieved.
