Having the Q&A capabilities pop up instead of going to a new page is possible through our tab and full featured widgets, but there is somewhat limited functionality there, so typically our clients will have that feature on some areas of their sites for page-specific popular Q&A, etc. Although, normal browsing users would still go to the Q&A environment.
