When determining "Most Popular," Answerbase takes into account a number of factors including most visited and most followed over the last 30 days. Consequently, that will adjust based on recent popularity. We do have the ablity to adjust that criteria on the enterprise level, but for lower priced plans those are set and not able to be adjusted.
