Yes, Answerbase provides various tools to help deal with SPAM. In your administrative area under System Settings>Anti-Spam Tools, you can limit or prohibit posting activity from certain countries, a list of keywords, and suspicious IP's of a public database used to combat SPAM. Click on the following image to view a screenshot of where these tools can be accessed.
Another option that Answerbase provides to help reduce SPAM on your site is found in your administration area by selecting System Settings>IP Access Management. Here you can enter the specific IP addresses that you know to be a problem or a high risk. You can use this tool to block access to your site or just to block activity on your site.
