The hosting requirements for supporting the Answerbase system are listed below. The system can be implemented on a single server as well as a load balanced server cluster, providing a fully scalable solution.
Database: MS SQL Server 2005 or higher
Operative System: Windows (Windows Server 2012 recommended) with .Net framework 4.0 or higher
Web Server: IIS 7 or higher
Mail Server: Any mail server
We also offer fully hosted/managed solutions on our end if you prefer to have that managed for you.
