Yes, the following are our hosting requirements:
Database: MS SQL Server 2005 or higher
Operative System: Windows (Windows Server 2012 recommended) with .Net framework 4.0 or higher
Web Server: IIS 7 or higher
Mail Server: Any mail server
We also offer fully hosted/managed solutions on our end if you prefer to have that managed for you.
The hosting requirements for supporting the Answerbase system are listed
below. The system can be implemented on a single server as well as a load
balanced server cluster, providing a fully scalable solution.
