Some of the biggest differences between us and an open source alternative would probably be service/support as well as you can get started right away without having to deal with installation, servers, etc.
We're consistently pushing updates to the system on the SaaS model, so no need for updates on your end; and we're keeping a proactive eye on the technology/system for you. Also, our staff is here to make sure you're taken care of with any questions/support that you do need. With a lot of open source alternatives, they may be less money over the short term, but you'd likely need to install, push updates yourself, etc. which do end up costing time/money/staff over the long run if you want the service to be maintained well.
