You can copy JavaScript and HTML items into the different content areas of your site, so if it is a widget you're looking to plugin that may work. You can access the content areas by selecting Customization>Content Areas in your administrative area.
If it is PHP script, that will not work, and you would need to host that somewhere else and reference it through JavaScript or some other client-side language.
