If you go to your "Moderator Area" tab in the admin area, you'll see the option for "Edit Moderation Settings" where you can assign the user to specific content/categories/tags. Then, when they log into the admin site, they will be able to view the "Moderator Area" which will have items that are specifically in THEIR moderator queue. Click on the image below for a screenshot of where this can be achieved.
