When importing content, do we need to create fake email addresses for the mock seed users or does the system do it (System Administration Content Management System Administration Integrating Your Site)

If the users you identify in the import do not match a username of a current user...it will spawn a new "seed user" based off of that. All email communication for activity related to those seed users will be sent to the email you identify in the form field for that value.
