Yes, you can import more than one user at a time if you are on the professional plan or higher. On the navigation bar, select "Users," and then select "Import New Users." On this page, you will have the ability to import users using a CSV file, and will find directions there on how to do so. Click on the image below for a screenshot of where you can achieve this.
