Yes, when you add a custom domain in your administration site under "Customization > Domain Name" you'll then see an option to enable https as seen here:
In order to make your site secure by enabling https, you need to upload your own security certificate that covers the custom domain or subdomain you are using for your Answerbase site. This certificate format is a .pfx file, which contains the certificate itself, the certificate chain (intermediate certificates) and the private key. The .pfx file is secured by a password, which you also need to provide. Uploading this file is 100% secure and the certificate will then be installed on our servers and used to encrypt all traffic coming to and from your site.
