We could support that 100% on the enterprise level, but for the lower basic/professional/business plans we only have a couple options there. We do provide the ability to have to approve members before being able to access (for private content) or take an action (for public content) on the community....so it would be possible to require a payment before access or action privileges are given...but we don't have something specifically that ONLY allows questions to be shown and answers require logins at the moment.
