Answerbase customers who are taking advantage of community features, they have the ability to recognize community members who are engaging with the community/content within "Contributors" list that you can see an example here:

Answerbase has criteria that a user needs to match in order to be eligible to show on those lists:
Some user updates and point allocations are updated in a batch process that runs daily, so a completely updated reflection of users lists based on their most recent activity may not be immediate.
Choosing to NOT Show Specific Users
If you have any users that you don't want to show on contributors lists, you can find that user in the administration site and if you go under the "Member" tab when viewing their account in the admin site....you'll see an option to edit the permission that determines whether or not they'll show in the lists. See here:

So, if you adjust that setting and save....you may need to wait 10-15 minutes for the cache to clear....but the user will no longer show in those lists after that registers and the cache clears.

Answerbase has criteria that a user needs to match in order to be eligible to show on those lists:
- Homepage of Community Q&A: For users to show up on the home page contributors list, they just need to have received a minimum of 10 reputation points that shows they've been engaged with the platform on top of just signing up to be a member. This ensures that the members that show up there have a minimum track record of being interested in being a member and the content and can be recognized on that list.
- Category-Specific Contributors: When you click into specific categories of content, we will also show the contributors within the community that have shown they have expertise within that specific category. For users to show up and be considered a "contributor" when browsing categories or tags, the user needs to have answered questions associated with those categories or tags in order to show some kind of activity and earned reputation points within that specific topic.
