Moderators are users that you want responsible for reviewing the content and/or users generated by Answerbase, to make sure it is relevant to your audience.
You can add new moderators by logging into your administration area, going to the "users" area, selecting the user who you would like to give the moderation privileges. Click on the user.
Look in the "Account" tab and you'll see a section called "User Roles". Make sure that user has the "Moderator" role. If they don't, you can add it there and save.
Once you've saved and given the moderator role to a user, you'll see a new "Moderation" tab has popped up when viewing their account, click on that.
Assign the new moderator to the content type and categories you would like him/her to be responsible for, and edit the email notification settings if desired.
Once your settings are saved, the moderator will be able to login through the administration site and will be presented with a "Moderation" area. There they will see all new content that they are responsible for and be able to manage the moderation of both content and users on your platform.
