When you choose to enable having the product (or offering) name added to a question title, it makes sure that product (or offering) title text will be included in the question detail page's <h1> tag for SEO purposes. This allows search engines and crawlers to understand that the product that the content is associated with is directly related to the content that has been posted, and given that relationship within the markup on the page.
