Answerbase will auto-suggest available content as the user is typing their question, so we can reduce duplicate questions from being asked to your company. We have customers where more than 80% of the questions asked by customers are answered automatically through this process....and it saves your company both time and money.
As they type...it will auto-suggest similar to this:
This feature is enabled by default and will work to service both you and customers well.
For ecommerce merchants, the auto-suggest will be product specific....and for questions that are associated with all products it will also pull those relevant questions within the results as well.
