Answerbase allows you to expand your Q&A knowledge base to include articles as well, if you're wanting to build out more long-format content to satisfy your customer's informational needs.
How to enable or disable articles for your knowledge base
You can enable or disable the display of articles on your knowledge base in your administration area under "System Settings > General Settings". There you will see an option under "Content Lists" where you can enable or disable the articles option for displaying content.

To post a new article and manage articles, you can manage that under "Content > Articles" in your administration area.
