Answerbase provides the ability for you to customize the language of your user interface, meaning that you can choose a number of languages that will control what language your customers will interact with when they are posting a question, the instructional text around browsing content, etc.
The content itself is generated by users as well as your staff and partners, so the language that they/you choose to post in is what will populate the knowledge base of content. For most of our plans, Answerbase doesn't automatically translate these Q&A threads, articles, documents, etc. into different languages. On the enterprise plan these types of solutions can be discussed and quoted to support, if you're interested in discussing enterprise services please contact our enterprise services team and we will discuss your needs.
