If you're using an Answerbase subdomain, you'll be on https by default. If you're using your own custom domain or subdomain to have your system on, you can apply your own domains certificate through your administration interface. Go to your administration portal and click under "Customization > Domain Name". If you've already added your own custom domain name, you'll see the status on whether your site has https enabled or disabled, and you'll see the ability to manage those settings.
