When you post a question or answer as an administrator, in your administration portal you're able to edit the user that the question or answer is attributed to as seen here:
If you'd like to manage this in bulk, you can use our Import Questions option and you can identify random usernames to the content...and it will generate those random user profiles when you import. You can view this option in your administration area under "Content > Questions > Import Content" and view the documentation in that area.
