Yes, you can import questions in bulk and identify that they are associated with a specific product.
First, you'll want to make sure that your ecommerce module is enabled so we have the ability to appropriately manage product-specific questions.....you can do so here in your admin environment:
System Settings > Ecommerce Module
Enable that and adjust the settings so you effectively identify the values and website that you're integrating into.
Once you've ensured those settings are accurate, you'll want to go under the "Products" tab and make sure you add the products you'd like to be identfied by the system. You can do so under "System Settings > Ecommerce Module > Products" as seen here:
Once you've made sure all your products are added/identified...then you can go ahead and import content and you will see the option to import content under "Content > Import Content" as seen here:
On that page, you'll be able to download the CSV sheet that you should populate with your content and also see a link to the "Content Formatting Guide" which will give you the details of what format the information needs to be in, etc.
