Yes, you can see in our Importing Formatting Guide for Importing Questions and Answers that for the answers column, it supports the ability for you to reflect HTML within the answer, so if you want to add a link within the answer....just use your standard HTML formatting within that answer to define a link.
An HTML link would look similar to this:
You can insert those link references anywhere you'd like within the answer text...and when you import it will show that as a link.
