You'll see when you're using our "AI-Enabled Page SEO with Helpful Content" optimization work flows that you are designated a specific amount of pages that the platform will optimize per month for you. Our target with the tools was to increase efficiencies where you can optimize each page with quality "people-first" helpful content in less than 10-15 minutes per page, and we have some customers going through in less than 5 minutes per page.
Our digital marketing agency partners have communicated that pre-Answerbase, in order to (1) understand what content can be created related to the page (2) draft that content in a way that is useful for visitors (3) optimize that content with the appropriate keyphrases consistent with how searchers on Google are referring to the topic and information and (4) publishing that content on the page in a way that provides a satisfactory engagement experience for the visitors.....before Answerbase they would spend anywhere from 30-60 minutes per page to accomplish all of that. With Answerbase customers going through our page-by-page optimization workflow in less than 5-10 minutes per page, that is a notable increase in the number of pages you're able to optimize per hour.
While technology and AI is used to create dramatic efficiencies when compared to what you would do manually with out, that technology and the commands/tools behind it does have a cost to it so there are limits to what each plan will include. We've designed our plans and the limits to ensure that our customers are getting a very healthy ROI for the efficiency and value of the platform, but sometimes customers will want to increase their monthly allocations so they can cover more ground more quickly.
You'll see the number of pages per month that Answerbase looks to recommend optimizations for on your dashboard as shown here:
This allocation is based on the plan that you have signed up for and helps ensure that you can optimize up to that number of target pages per month. Here are some notes on this allocation and what it means:
Answerbase does have the ability to feed customers with more recommendations per month depending on their needs to help ensure they can accomplish their SEO goals. We work with our customers to help ensure they are getting an appropriate ROI, so if your team would like to see more pages optimized per month please Schedule a Meeting and we'll review your account and look to ensure you're taken care of as best we can on your current plan....or see if another plan may be necessary to satisfy your needs.

This allocation is based on the plan that you have signed up for and helps ensure that you can optimize up to that number of target pages per month. Here are some notes on this allocation and what it means:
- Answerbase will work to ensure that you're getting to optimize the number of pages and only counts the pages that you choose to utilize the tools for, so if you choose to dismiss a page/product the platform will go to the next page and look to refill your optimization workflow so you have up to the allocated number per month.
- The allocation covers the number of pages that we're working to recommend optimizations for, but per page there is a lot of work that our platform is doing to analyze and identify opportunities with several types of recommendations includeing (1) AI-proposed Q&A from vetted product information and details (2) questions regularly being asked on Google related to the page or product with AI-proposed answers and fact-checking against Google featured snippets (3) recommendations on how you can optimize user questions and the answers that your team has given to ensure they are optimized for relevant keyphrases and (4) the platform will look to identify any other obvious things that it finds on your page that you may want to consider.
- The platform will rarely give you a bit over that allocation if you get to the following month, but it does cost money for the platform to analyze and generate recommendations per page so you should use your recommendations per month in order to get more the following month.
