If you're running into "Q&A structured data issues" warnings in Google Search Console, you probably have QAPage schema and structured data enabled but you've chosen not to enable community Q&A features on your site.
Answerbase supports "QAPage" schema that customers can enable for their site but that should only be enabled if the customer is wanting to support community Q&A capabilities on their site where there are a community of users who you will allow to answer questions posted. If you don't want community answers enabled, you should not have this setting enabled....and to turn it off you can do so under "System Settings > SEO > Other Settings" within your administration site. You'll see the setting here:
So, if you're not supporting community Q&A on your site, that should be disabled.
If you have community Q&A disabled but have that setting enabled, you may see that Google Search Console would give you some notifications related to "Q&A structured data issues" since there will be attributes related to the Q&A that wouldn't be showing (like author of the answers, etc.)....so if you're seeing those warnings and don't want community Q&A enabled....then you should just go into your admin and disable that setting and save.
