Yes, you're able to add your own analytics code and you c an see an option to do that under "System Settings > Analytics Code" as you see here:
Once you click into that area, you'll see an open field that you can enter your Analytics code as shown here:
You'll also see a number of variables that are available for you to insert within your code on the top of that page, so you can use those as necessary as they may be useful for your tracking purposes.
