Google just values content that fulfills search demand and is helpful to satisfy the searcher's intent...now matter how it's created/published. The pages that we spawn through Answerbase which fulfill the specific informational needs that a Q&A thread covers...those are respected because Google is looking to send the visitor to a page that best satisfies their search intent as a priority....so fulfilling the informational demand is critical as the focus on the page ("main content"). That is why we've seen it blow up since Google has been focused on "people first content" that does just that. See example of what those Q&A landing pages have done over the last couple core updates (especially the August/December core updates);
Here's another example:
As far as how it's published/read by Google, it also doesn't matter whether its rendered via JavaScript or right on the page (which you may refer to as "static"). Google renders all pages through their browser Chrome...and that renders all JavaScript...and Google recognizes that JavaScript-rendered content as if it was just HTML ln a page. We wrote a post covering the details on that here:
Does Google crawl JavaScript loaded content on a page?
We hope that answers your questions and we're happy to speak with more details, you can go ahead and schedule a call and we'll make sure you're taken care of...and we'll dump as much useful information we can to help you achieve your goals.
