On our enterprise plan we have some advanced workflows that we can enable which allow you to do this through our moderation queue...but if you're on one of our standard plans sometimes a manager may want to review answers before they are published. You can solve this through some training....if you have your team answer the questions privately....you can go ahead and have them answer the question to the user who asked....but then you can review the list of answers which will be ordered by latest to newest...and simply review that list and click into the Q&A...and then publish those as you'd like. You can find that under "Content > Answers" within your admin site.
