Then...as far as how you engage the customer to ask, answer their questions automatically when you can, publishing/sorting relevant content on each of your pages to show/surface the most relevant data important to actual customers, and then tracking/reporting back on engagement and utilizing that data to improve prioritization in the future....AI is just one piece of the picture.
