When you first sign up, you'll want to add users who are going to be responsible for answering new questions. First, go into your admin site under "Users" as seen here:
Then you can add a new user as seen here:
and just make sure you add the moderator role....see here:
Once you add the user, go to that user's details and you'll see the "Moderator" tab where it'll show what they'll be notified about.
You can adjust those settings as you'd like.
