- Ensure that the question is starting with a word that real questions start with....like Who, What, Where, Why, etc. This ensures that they are actually asking you a question and helps guide them to do that.
- Also, it requires that they give enough words within the question to be a real question. For example, no one word questions like "Why?"....they need to be a bit more descriptive to something reasonable...so we require that they add a few words so you have some appropriate context.
Customers will utilize this feature to help if they are fighting some ridiculous/nonsense spam campaign against their site or also if they just have a huge amount of questions coming in and want to micromanage their customer base a bit with a "help us help you" approach.....so they get better questions coming through which helps them get better answers.
