For the business plan, we provide two selections for questions; you can choose either site/owner-generated hierarchical categories or user-generated tags. We don't support user grouping on the lower priced plans, other than identifying the expertise of individuals by use of the tags or categories; they're not in any sort of permissions groups.
On the enterprise plan, we can also identify users under specific groups and set permissions per group, etc.
