Yes, you can share the answers that you post on social media and we recommend that you make this part of your process so you can naturally feed your social media accounts with useful information for your followers to see and access. When you post an answer publicly through the administration environment, right after you post you'll see an option to post to your social media accounts. See an example of how that looks here:
You can click on the social media outlet that you'd like to share the answer on, and it will prepopulate your posting field with the question title as well as the URL for the question. You can make any edits you'd like from there to add a little bit of personality....and then post when you're ready.
