Yes, this is available in your "System Settings" area of your admin site. You can change the point values for actions and also add/edit different badges/recognition for the users. On the enterprise plan, we can support custom requests outside of what is available "out of box" if there are any special needs requested. Click on the image below for a screenshot of where the Point System values can be changed for your website.
