Yes, as part of our Anti-SPAM tools, you have the ability to restrict or limit the activity of IP addresses of your choice. To manage these IP address restrictions, go to "System Settings > IP Access Management" in your administrative area. Here you can either limit the user from taking action on the site, or your can limit the user from having access to the site altogether.
